So there were a few changes that were found after my initial post.

Changes

Summon Black Ox Statue   Summons a Black Ox Statue at the target location for 15 min, pulsing threat to all enemies within 30 yards.
You may cast Provoke on the statue to taunt all enemies near the statue. Specializations changed from Brewmaster to Brewmaster/Windwalker

This is a great change. The statue, Dave (don’t ask), can be very useful to get large groups of enemies in a group by taunting the statue. This is nice to have if you need a grip but do not have one. It replaced Dizzying Kicks, which was very rarely taken.

Ring of Peace   Form a Ring of Peace around the friendly target at the target location for 8 sec. Enemies in the ring that use a harmful spell or ability will be knocked out of the ring.that enter will be ejected from the Ring.

This is another cool change. Why it may not seem super useful, its an improvement over the current version. Being able to drop it somewhere else will be a great knockback tool, which is a frequently needed ability, like on Dragons of Nightmare.

Nighthold Gear Changes

Blizzard went through and altered some of the gear that drops from Nighthold adding more Mastery and taking away some Haste from our Tier set, which will be a nice change.

Overall Gear Change

If you’ve been keeping up, you know that Windwalkers gained some ground relative to other specs from the change to stat conversions, which I cover in Part 2 of the last PTR build articles. This hurt all specs, but hurt WW less than others. However, because of concern that players were losing power, Blizzard is increasing the stats on all items 800 ilvl and above. While this won’t hurt WW directly, other specs should gain more of what they lost back than WW, so its difficult to say where things stand. This increased the value of primary stats like Agility a noticeable amount, but so far there have been no fixes to WW’s poor stat scaling.

There will be more changes to come on the PTR as Blizzard has said that they have yet to do a numbers tuning pass. We just have to hold out hope that WW sees some fixes and buffs, primarily to single target damage that is considerably lacking. Keep supporting the threads, as well as the new WW bug list so that Blizzard can see things and fix them.
