This is a fairly simple fight to heal. You’ll be able to make good use of Chi Burst here as it’s a small boss room area with plenty of stacking and opportunity to fire bursts from ranged into melee. There’s also good opportunities throughout for using Mana Tea and Essence Font together, particularly when multiple green shards are up.The tanks can take heavy damage at certain portions, particularly if you get extra scorpions, and Enveloping Mist can do good work here.

Use your cooldowns early and often (unless assigned otherwise). You can use Chi-Ji on the pull and get another use out of it before the end of the fight. Likewise Revival.

And if you have the Perfectly Preserved Cake trinket, you can get good use by popping it for the blue shards at the beginning and again later.

If you take Diffuse Magic, it can help with survival if you mess up your positioning. Otherwise, Healing Elixirs are fire and forget. Main key to surviving on this fight? Don’t get hit by the Shockwave or Focused Blast. Roll is great, but be careful when using Chi Torpedo as you can end up outside the boss ‘room’ and pull extra scorpions.

If you stick your Transcendence in the middle of the boss room and have ninja-like reflexes, should you be knocked back by a Shockwave, you can teleport before pulling extra scorpions.

Mythic just gives the shards different properties. Multiple green shards can produce a lot of AoE dmg, so it’s often worth having your Revival up for the first or second phase of those. If not otherwise assigned, you can use Revival for the first wave of blue shards and it will be up for the second lot of green shards.
